    What is MY CARD?

    - MY CARD is a privilege 10% discount card for purchasing products from regular price at any shops under Jaspal Group; Jaspal / CPS CHAPS / CC Double O / Footwork / Footwork Noir / LYN / Lyn Around / Fred Perry / Melissa, Jelly dreams / Shoe Bar / Misty Mynx / Royal Ivy Regatta / V Eyewear / Jelly Bunny / QUINN

    In case of do not bring MY CARD, can I get the discount?

    - You can inform your ID card no. / full name or mobile no. to check your information at stores for receiving the discount 10% only.


    ***Remark : In case of there are further promotions by brands, the system will not allow searching the information, MY CARD is required to present***

    Action in case of loss / damaged of MY CARD

    - To ensure your membership is rights, the company reserves the right to charge 100 Baht in order to obtain a new card. Members can inform about the loss and new card can be issued at any shops under Jaspal Group; Jaspal / CPS CHAPS / CC Double O / Footwork / Footwork Noir / LYN / Lyn Around / Fred Perry / Melissa, Jelly dreams / Misty Mynx / Royal Ivy Regatta. When the new MY CARD has been issued, it can be use in 24 hours after issued and the previous card will be terminated.

    Does MY CARD expire?

    - MY CARD will not expire, unless the company terminates it.

    If you require updating your profile, where can be contact?

    - You can update your profile by yourself at www.my-fashioncard.com, by filling MY CARD number and ID. card number to sign in. The system will not allow updating Name / Birthday / MY CARD No. / ID Card No. by yourself, you can inbox to www.facebook.com/Myfashioncard or email: mycardjaspal@gmail.com with attach scanned your ID card and write the details of Full name / MY CARD No. / Contact No. For further information or inquiries please contact (66) 2-3672000 ext. 2433 and 2251 from 08.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

    Does MY CARD can be transfer?

    - MY CARD cannot be transfer to other people.

    Can I apply for many cards ?

    - No and it’s not necessary.

    Catalogue or Lookbook

    - In delivering Catalogue or Lookbook, it depends on the marketing strategy of each brand.

    Why I don’t receive SMS?

    There are two main reasons;

    1. The registered mobile number has been blocked from receiving SMS text messages. In order to receive the SMS, you can contact your mobile phone network customer service to investigate your SMS receiving status and terminate the block.

    2. Your information might be under the registration process. You can check your personal information by yourself at www.my-fashioncard.com ,by filling MY CARD number and Nation ID. card number in the form to sign in. For further information or inquiries please contact Tel. (66) 2-3672000 ext. 2433 and 2251 from 08.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

    Why I don’t receive the mail?

    1. Your information might be under the registration process.     2. Your mailing address is unclear or incomplete.
